2. Now, click on any one link to go on it’s website from below list,
   • goo.gl
   • bit.ly
   • Tiny-Url
   • Ow.ly
3. Paste or type your copied URL of that file.
4. Click on SHORTEN URL button.
5. Finally It will POP-UP a short URL, such as goo.gl/dEcQPI on screen just copy that URL link. 

You got the short and simple URL for your file.
